If you have more than one provider visit scheduled, you can see all your upcoming appointments with us at a glance.
Click on one of the appointments listed to see the appointment detail page. Here you can find the clinic address, a support phone number, and other helpful information.
Avoid appointment delays; log in and start eCheck-In to fill out your visit paperwork before your visit. You can do this step up to 10 days before your appointment.
It’s easy to forget the little things, like bringing your insurance card or medications to your appointment.
Open the Information tab to refresh your memory; there you’ll find your instructions for a successful appointment.
If you’re scheduled for a video visit, click the Test Your Device tab to make sure your smartphone or computer is ready too.
