Search Tip

Description

Start with your location.

Enter your city, state, or ZIP code and choose a search radius (for example, 10 or 25 miles).

Select the right Provider List.

Choose the type of care you need – such as Outpatient, Inpatient, Intermediate, Community Support, or Specialty Services – to view providers offering that level of care.

User fewer filters first.

  • Begin with basic criteria like Location, Specialty, or Language, and then narrow your results if too many appear.
  • Too many filters can unintentionally hide valid providers.

Expand your search area if needed.

Increase the mile radius or search a nearby ZIP code to see more providers.

Try telehealth options.

  • Select Type of Visit – Telehealth to view statewide or virtual providers.
  • This can be helpful if local options are limited.

Check availability.

  • Keep “Accepting New Patients” selected for faster appointment access.
  • You can switch to “Include Not Accepting New Patients” to see everyone in the network, even those not currently accepting new patients.

Use the Guest Link if unsure of your plan.

  • If you don’t know your plan or are exploring options, use the Guest Link to browse.
  • However, guest results may include providers not in your plan’s network – always verify participation and availability before scheduling care.

Search by name, license, or NPI for specific providers.

  • Under Find a Specific Provider, you can locate an individual or group by name, state license, or National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Use partial names if you’re unsure of spelling.

  • Enter part of a provider’s name or group name to increase your chances of finding the right listing.

Verify information before making an appointment.

Always confirm with the provider’s office that:

  • They are in-network for your plan.
  • They are accepting new patients.
  • Their address, hours, and specialties match your needs.

Save or Print results.

  • Use your browser’s print or save feature to keep provider details for your records.

Clear your filters between searches.

Use the Reset button to remove old search settings before starting a new search.

Contact support if you need help.
