Help us improve your experience. Presbyterian makes every effort to make sure the information in this directory is correct. If you come across incorrect or old information, please let us know by sending an email to email@example.com.
Presbyterian’s online directory contains searchable information obtained from multiple sources about its contracted providers and facilities. Provider and facility information is updated within 30 calendar days of receiving new information from the provider, provider’s office, facility or hospital.
Provider directory information is refreshed each business day. However, some changes may not be refreshed until the next business day. Depending on your search criteria, you may see the same provider listed more than once. This means that the provider practices at more than one location or with multiple medical groups.
For all services, refer to your plan documents to confirm your benefits, exclusions, and limits. Contact the provider’s office before receiving services to confirm they participate in your plan. You can also confirm eligibility for the services you are seeking.
Insurance plans listed in this directory are only those of Presbyterian Health Plan, Inc. and Presbyterian Insurance Company, Inc. (Presbyterian). Providers and facilities listed in this directory may accept other insurance plans. Contact the provider’s office to ask about other insurance plans. For Dental or Vision services, please contact that insurance plan.
My Location: You can limit your search results by entering a ZIP Code or address. You can also choose Use Your Current Location to use your device’s location. You can expand your search by choosing different distance options.
Provider Availability: Select Accepting New Patients to find a provider who is accepting new patients. Some providers may not be able to see new patients in their practice. You may have to already be an established patient to schedule an appointment.
Providers tell us when they are – and aren’t – accepting new patients. Changes to this information can happen at any time.
Specialty: Select a Primary Care Provider (PCP) or provider with a certain specialty. Providers may choose to focus on one or more specialties. They may be board certified in that specialty but do not have to be.
Insurance: Enter a Presbyterian insurance plan name or select from the listed Presbyterian Health Plans. Not all providers or facilities accept all insurance plans. Contact the provider’s office to find out if other insurance plans are accepted. For Dental or Vision services, please contact that insurance plan.
Provider Credentials: Enter a specific credential or select from the provider credentials listed. Providers who have completed educational requirements and have demonstrated competency in their chosen specialty are awarded professional degrees, such as MD or DO.
Gender: Filter your search results for providers of a specific gender. You can also select No preference to expand your search to all providers. Genders are provided by the provider and updated at their request.
Medical Group: Enter the name of a medical group or select a group name from a list of common searches. You can also view all contracted medical groups.
Medical group names are the names of a licensed group of doctors or health care providers who are contracted with Presbyterian to deliver services to members. Location information is verified to make sure it is correct when a provider joins and at least every 3 years. Not all locations provide all services. Contact the location to confirm your service is covered.
Languages Spoken: You can filter your search results by the provider’s additional spoken language(s). All providers and offices have reported they speak English. This filter refers to any languages that are spoken by providers and their staff. Providers tell us the languages they speak and are updated at their request.
Select at least one filter and the download icon will appear on the right side of your search results.
Downloading your search results will first create a PDF document that includes all providers that meet your search criteria. It may take a few moments for the PDF to be created. Each web browser will display the wait differently.
To view a PDF document on your computer, laptop, or mobile device, you will need a PDF reader installed on your device. Available software options are Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit PDF Reader.
