To fix this, check your browser preferences.

To fix your camera and microphone settings, open the Settings app on your phone and tap 'Safari.'

Scroll down to your 'Settings for Websites' section (near the bottom of the page) and tap 'Camera.'

Tap 'Ask,' and make sure there's a checkmark next to it. Then tap the blue 'Safari' button in the top left corner.

Repeat the last step for 'Microphone' access and scroll back to the top of this page. Tap 'Refresh' to try the test again.

To fix your camera and microphone settings, open the Settings app on your phone and tap 'Apps and Notifications.'

Tap 'Chrome' (or Firefox, if that is your default browser). If you don't see your browser, tap 'See All Apps' and scroll down until you see it.

Note: If you have a Samsung phone, your default browser may be called "Internet." All other devices will most likely have Chrome or Firefox set as the default.

Tap 'Allow' and make sure there is a blue dot next to it. Then tap the grey arrow in the top left corner of your screen.

Repeat the last step for 'Microphone' access and scroll back to the top of this page. Tap 'Refresh' to try the test again.
