Desktop Video Calls

The easiest way to join a video appointment is to use your smartphone. If you can't join from a smartphone, follow these instructions to join your video appointment from a computer or tablet.

1. Around your appointment time, we will send you a text message asking you to join a secure video call.
2. Copy the invite link sent in that text.
3. Paste the link into an email and send it to yourself.
4. Open the email on your desktop or laptop computer. Copy the link and paste it into your web browser (Safari, Google, Firefox, or Edge).

That's it! Your video call will launch on your computer or tablet.

If you do not have a smartphone, computer, or tablet that can support a video appointment, please call your provider's office. We will switch your video appointment to a telephone or in-person appointment.
